Date: 13 May 2012
Distance: 12km and 21km
This was the first year Outbox organized the run and successfully attracted 5500+ runners. The half marathon started rather early at 3am and most of the places are still in dark. As such sufficient marshalls along the route was important to direct runners, but in certain places marshalls were invisible. Fortunate bicycle marshalls were around.
All 21km runners received the finisher t-shirt, however only first 100 runners for 12km entitled for the finisher t-shirt. Light breakfast included kaya bun, nasi lemak, telur rebus, nyonya kuih, banana and Twiggies was provided. As most of the runners have came back, the prize presentation has brought forward 1 hour earlier at 6:30am instead of 7:30am as scheduled.
Next year the organizer hope to see all runners at Putrajaya Dawn 2013.
