As a non-profit organisation, St Nicholas’ Home is totally dependent on public, private and government funds to operate various programs for the Blind and Visually Impaired (BVI) of Malaysia. Due to economic uncertainties, donations have shrunk in size. Therefore, it is for these reasons that BVI having this fund raising event to sustain services to the BVI of Malaysia

Ride For Sight Penang 2011

THE first charity ‘Ride for Sight 2011’ bikeathon in Asia will be held on September 18 at Balik Pulau to raise funds for the blind and visually impaired (BVI) community of St Nicholas’ Home.

The BVI riders will participate with sighted riders to complete the 14km bikeathon route.
