The 4th series of the popular Running Bootcamp is open for registration for the 25th June intake.

2. Every bootcamp participants who complete the full marathon in the Putrajaya Night Marathon 2011 on 15th Oct will receive RM300 cash voucher and bootcamp graduate t-shirt

Running being the core principal, The Running Boot Camp focuses on Stretching, Speed training, Flexibility, Conditioning, Stamina building and Power strengthening. We also provide a daily training schedule for the week.
The Running Boot Camp Saturday routine:
- Sharp 7 am start
- Stretching (15mins)
- Running (1hour)
- Drill/focus areas (30 to 45 min)
- Cool Down (15 minutes)
