Puma has outdone itself once again by taking nature’s inspiration to the next level through the launch of the Mobium Elite in Malaysia

The Puma Mobium Elite that made headlines all over Japan and United States is finally launched on Malaysian shores. Launched in 1 Utama shopping mall today, the Puma Mobium Elite is set to send shockwaves to all runners and performance enthusiasts alike in Malaysia.

With the theme “Rooted in anatomy, inspired by nature”, Puma has taken inspiration from the natural works of nature throughout the development of the Mobium Elite, which uses new technology to work with the foot's natural movement. News and reviews have created a worldwide buzz on the Mobium Elite global launch which includes Japan earlier this year and this has further increased the excitement on this highly anticipated running shoe in Malaysia, as well as a new running segment the brand is introducing into the market.

The ground-breaking movement that re-invents your running experience

In order to build the momentum and drive further excitement, the Mobium Elite movement was initiated yesterday as an educational hub for the public to learn more on proper running techniques. The highlight is the Mobium Elite running lab, a mobile workshop that travels to popular running locations and shopping malls to analyze the participant’s running style, followed by a short coaching session on techniques of running. Using a combination of innovative software and cameras, a running coach will analyze the participant’s running effectiveness and coach them to run more effectively through the Mid/Forefoot strike, a specified running technique which is well supported by the Mobium Elite.

In addition, Puma elevated their experience by initiating the Mobium Elite challenge to search for Malaysia’s most efficient male and female runners, representing Malaysia in the Puma Night Run in Korea. 

All you have to do show them that you are the most efficient runner on the PUMA Mobium Elite (you get to try the shoes too) and you stand a chance to run in Korea. It's that simple.

This innovative shoe also powers our national heroes with footballer Mahalli Jasuli and Squash princess Low Wee Wern making an appearance at the event.
