And if you like what you saw in these videos, then there is more good news. Skechers organizes complimentary running workshops which emphasizes the skills of movement where you can meet coach Olya in person.
The training/gathering takes place every alternate Saturday (for the specific dates please stay updated on the website or on their FB page.) and they welcome both beginners as well as serious runners.
Each session will have variety of training; e.g. sprinting to endurance to strength to competition, including talks and tips on different aspects of running – stretching, nutrition, performance improvement, etc.
