Simple goodies bag with P1 face towelThe race pack collection is at Majlis Sukan Negara Pintu C and also the flag-off location.
There are 57 mixed teams, 12 women open teams, 10 junior master men teams and 4-5 teams of women master. The medal is not pewter but the trophy is awesome. No photo for the trophy and medal, so that you will pia kau kau lat for it.
Flag off time is at 7.30am.
